WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER IN THE USA?
We ship at a flat rate with USPS. The cost of shipping is $8.50. Please note that because of COVID-19, shipment carriers are not able to guarantee shipping within the estimated time frames. So, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER OUTSIDE THE USA?
We currently do not ship internationally; however, we are happy to fulfill individual requests. If you are outside of the U.S., contact us at contact@rock-the-band.com and we can arrange shipping to your location.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Each order initiates a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Please contact contact@rock-the-band.com if you do not receive order update correspondence. Please include your order confirmation number.
WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
ROCKTHEBAND is not responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Returns
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
If you would like to cancel an item, please email us before your order is shipped with the item name and size. Please include your order confirmation number.
Ordering
CAN I GET A REFUND?
We believe in the quality of our products. Each and every piece is individually wrapped and shipped with as much care as we put into creating them. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through rock-the-band.com, then you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at contact@rock-the-band.com. Include your order confirmation number, a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund, and photo documentation of any reported damage or defect. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored. Please note that (except for refunds due to defective or damaged products) shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via e-mail that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE
Yes, you can return or exchange merchandise. Items must be unwashed, unworn with no stains and in their original condition in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@rock-the-band.com.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our criteria mentioned above.
